Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, call for the records pertaining to the order passed by the 1st respondent vide office proceedings in Lr.No.Na.Ka.D6-5810-2019 dt.11.3.2020 and quash the sme as illegal and consequently directing the respondents to rectify the names in the Patta bearing No.220 issued by the 2nd respondent office within a time.
