This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the 2nd respondent herein to complete the investigation and file final report in accordance with law in Crime No.225 of 2015 on the file of the Inspector of Police, Vattathikottai Police Station, Thanjavur District.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that already the investigation has been completed in this case and charge sheet filed before the learned Mahila Court, Thanjavur on 18.07.2016.
