This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, directing the respondent / Inspector of Police, Tuticorin Central Police Station, Tuticorin not to harass the petitioner without due process of law.
2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent would submit that if the petitioner will co-operate with the enquiry, the same shall be concluded, within a period that may be fixed by this Court.
