ORDER
Seeking a direction to the second respondent police to complete the investigation and to file a final report in Crime No.13 of 2016 before the concerned forum, the petitioner has come up with this petition.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.
3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that after completion of investigation, charge sheet has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Nilakottai and the same has not been taken on file.
