O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 17.12.2014 and issue necessary building plan approval forth to the petitioner trust. 2.According to the petitioner, the petitioner has complied with all the requirements and submitted all the documents as required by the respondents including the NOC issued by the Public Works Department and therefore, there is no impediment for them to grant building plan approval. Even though the petitioner has complied with all the requirements, the claim of the petitioner has not been considered so far. Hence, the present writ petition.

3.Considering the above stated facts and circumstances and without expressing any view on the merits and contentions raised by the petitioner, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 17.12.2014 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
