Side) (In both petitions) COMMON ORDER These Criminal Original Petitions have been filed by the petitioners to quash the proceedings pending against them in M.C.Nos.922 & 926 of 2015, in Crime Nos.756 & 755 of 2015, respectively, on the file of the Executive Magistrate No.1, Kovilpatti.
2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), on instructions, submitted that these petitions are arising out of a 110 Cr.P.C. proceedings, which was instituted in the year 2015. Since the period, for which the parties are required to maintain peace under Section 110 Cr.P.C., itself, is over, the respondent police has filed a Action Dropped report before the concerned Executive Magistrate, as such, nothing survives for further adjudication in the present petitions.

3. In view of the above submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), these criminal original petitions
