O RDER This petition has been filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.198 of 2019 on the file of the first respondent.

2.In view of the directions given by this Court in Crl.M.P. (MD).No.SR32024 of 2022, dated 13.02.2023, and in view of the subsequent developments in this case, Crl.O.P.(MD).No.6426 of 2019 is also dismissed as infructuous. But, however, liberty is always available to the accused to take appropriate proceedings, if they are aggrieved by the outcome of the investigation. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
