ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition is filed to direct the learned Subordinate Judge, Trichy to dispose of the O.S.No.719 of 2014 within the stipulated period of time.

2. The revision petitioner is the 12th defendant in O.S.No.719 of 2014 on the file of the the Sub Court, Trichy. The first respondent, plaintiff has filed the suit in O.S.No.719 of 2014 for partition and permanent injunction, against the respondents 2 to 12 and the revision petitioner herein.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted even though the written statement has been filed in the year 2015 and the trial also commenced on 11.04.2016, the said suit is being adjourned without any progress.

4. I have heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

5. Having been taken into consideration of the material facts and circumstances, this Court is of the view that in the interest of justice, it may be expedient to issue a direction to the learned the learned Subordinate Judge, Trichy. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is allowed and the learned Subordinate Judge, Thiruchirappalli is directed to dispose of O.S.No.719 of 2014 as expeditiously as possible, in any event, not later than 31st July 2017. No costs.
