RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT PRAYER : Civil Revision Petition filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, Seeking for a direction to the Principal District Court, Srivilliputhur, Virudhunagar District to dispose of the Guardian Wardship Original Petition in GWOP.NO.33/2015. ORDER : This petition coming on this day, upon perusing the petition, affidavit and earlier order of this Court and upon perusal of the letter from the Principal District Court, Virudhunagar District at Srivilliputhur, vide her letter D.No.71/2019 dated 03.01.
2019 requesting further extention of three months time to dispose of the case in GWOP.NO.33 of 2015 and none appeared for both sides and this Court made the following order:- " By order dated 22.06.2018, this Court directed the Court below to dispose of G.W.O.P.No.33 of 2015 within a period of two months. At the request of the Court below, by order dated 09.10.2018, this Court extended the time for two months.
2. Again, the Court below has submitted a letter, dated 03.01.2019, whereby and whereunder stating some reasons, it requested further three months time to comply with the order dated 22.06.2018.
3. No representation for the petitioner as well as the respondent.
4. Considering the reasons stated by the Court below, three months time is extended finally from today to comply with the order dated 22.06.2018.
