O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent police not to harass the petitioners under the guise of enquiry or investigation under the false notion. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police submits that the dispute among the parties is purely civil in nature and enquiry is still pending with the respondent police and if the petitioner cooperates for enquiry, the investigation will be completed within a time that may be fixed by this Court.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner also undertakes that the petitioner will cooperate for the enquiry with the respondent police.

4.In view of the undertaking given by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court directs the petitioner to appear before the respondent police on 29.06.2018 and on such appearance, the respondent police is directed to complete the investigation https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

within a period of one week, after issuing notice to the defacto complainant.

5.With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
