ORDER

The petitioners, with an allegation that the respondent police is harassing them under the guise of an enquiry, have approached this Court.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the official respondents submits that the petitioners' son is an accused in Cr.No.272 of 2023, which was registered under the provisions of NDPS Act and contraband involved in the said case is 105 kgs. Further, he submits that the petitioners' son is absconding from the year 2023 and thereby, the second respondent Police enquired the petitioners with regard to whereabouts of their son and they are not harassing the petitioners.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are not having any contact whatsoever with their son and they are not having any details with regard to the whereabouts of their son. 2/4
