ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner is in custody since 23.01.2018 for the offences under Section 294(b), 353, 333 and 307 of IPC, in Crime No.74 of 2018, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents. 3.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) submitted that the petitioner has already been detained as a Goonda under Tamilnadu Act 14 of 1982.
