ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the Additional Mahila Court, Madurai to number the charge sheet filed by 1/4

the respondent in Crime No.97 of 2020 and to take on file.

2. This Court by order, dated 03.04.2023 directed the Registry to call for records from the Additional Mahila Court, Madurai, as to the stage of the final report. Now, the report has been received from the Judicial Magistrate, Additional Mahila Court (FAC) Madurai, stating that final report was filed on 17.04.2023 and it was taken cognizance in C.C.No.674 of 2023 and it is posted for appearance of the accused.

3. In view of the said submission, the matter has become infructuous. Hence, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Let the trial Court is directed to complete the trial process within a period of five months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
