O R D E R

This petition is filed by the petitioner to direct the respondents to provide adequate police protection by considering the petitioner's representations dated 06.12.2023 and 05.02.2024.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that already they forwarded the representation of the petitioner, dated 06.12.2023 to the Revenue Authorities for conducting Peace Committee Meeting and they are unable to trace out the representation of the petitioner dated 05.02.2024.

3. Considering the prayer sought for in this petition and the representation of the petitioner dated 05.02.2024 is not considered by the second respondent, this Court directs the petitioner to approach the second respondent by way of filing fresh representation. On such representation, Page No. 2 of 4

if any, filed by the petitioner, the second respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner and dispose of the same after affording opportunity to both the parties, without any delay.

4. In view of the same, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
