ORDER:- This Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petitions coming on for orders on this day under the caption "for extension of time" and upon perusing the earlier order of this Court dated 09.09.2021 and requisition letter submitted by the II Additional District Judge, Tiruchirappalli, vide letter in D.No.407 dated 18.05.2022, this Court made the following order:- The learned II Additional District Judge, Tiruchirappalli, sent a letter dated 18.05.2022, requesting extension of further time of six months to dispose of the cases in CMA.Nos.5, 7 of 2020 & 3, 14 of 2021, pursuant to the order of this Court dated 09.09.2021.
2. Considering the reasons stated in the letter dated 18.05.2022, a further time of six months is granted from today to dispose of CMA.Nos.5, 7 of 2020 & 3, 14 of 2021.
