ORDER

This petition is filed by the petitioner to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to provide police protection to the petitioner based on his representation dated 21.03.2024.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that he has already given a change of vakalat on 10.10.2024 itself. However, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondents 1 to 3, on instructions, submits that the representation of the petitioner dated 09.03.2024 has been enquired and closed. Again, the petitioner sent a representation on 21.03.2024 and the same is pending. He further submits that they will conduct enquiry on the petitioner's representation dated 21.03.2024 and dispose of the same within 15 days.

3. Considering the prayer sought for in this petition, this Court directs the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 21.03.2024 and dispose of the same in accordance with law, within one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/4

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
