This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for quashment of FIR in Cr.No.8 of 2019 which was registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498(A), 494 and 506(1) I.P.C. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent would submit that the investigation was completed and during the course of the investigation, both the parties were appeared. Since the matrimonial dispute between the husband and wife, they have stated that the entire compromise in the presence of the elders at village can dissolved the marriage amicably.
