ORDER

The plaintiff in O.S.No.557 of 2022, on the file of the Sub Court, Uthamapalayam, has filed the present revision petition seeking expeditious disposal of the suit.

2.A perusal of the "B" diary extract reveals that the suit is being adjourned for framing of issues from 23.09.2023, onwards. 3.Considering the fact that the suit is for declaration that the plaintiff is entitled to use the common pathway and for permanent injunction restraining the defendant from in any manner interfering with the peaceful possession and enjoyment of the plaintiff, the trial Court is directed to dispose of the suit on or before 31.12.2025.

4.With the above said observations, this Civil Revision Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
