ORDER

The relief sought for in the writ petition is to direct the 1st respondent to dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioner club dated 18.02.2026.

2. Heard Mr.R.Krishnamoorthy, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr.A.Baskaran, learned Additional Government Pleader, who takes notice for R1 and R2.

3. In view of the contentions made, Mr.A.Gopalakrishnan, S/o.Azhagarsamy, South Street, Devathanapatti Post, Periyakulam Taluk, Theni District, is suo-motu impleaded as the 3rd respondent and Mr.R.Shankar, learned counsel, takes notice for the 3rd respondent. 2/6

4. The writ petition is filed to dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioner club dated 18.02.2026.

5. The learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that if ample time is given, the appeal filed by the petitioner club dated 18.02.2026, will be disposed of.

6. The learned counsel for the 3rd respondent would submit that they must also be heard when the appeal is disposed of.

7. In view thereof, the writ petition is disposed of on the following terms:- i. The 1st respondent is directed to consider the appeal filed by the petitioner club dated 18.02.2026 and dispose of the same in accordance with law, after hearing the petitioner, 3rd respondent and any other interested parties.

ii. The said exercise shall be completed within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a web copy of the order, without waiting for the certified copy of the order.

iii. No costs.
