This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to direct the first and the second respondents to give adequate police protection to the petitioner's life and his property, based on the petitioner's representation dated 01.07.2020. 2.Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents 1 and 2. 3.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 and 2, on instructions, would submit that the complaint given by the petitioner was received by the second respondent police on 15.06.2020. Pursuant to which, an enquiry has been initiated in C.S.R.No.182 of 2020 and the same is pending before the second respondent police.
