Respondent/Respondent/Petitioner Civil Revision Petition filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, to set aside the order and decreetal order dated 27.01.2017 passed in I.A.No.56 of 2016 in H.M.O.P.No.7 of 2016 by the learned Subordinate Judge, Virudhunagar. DECREE: This Petition coming on for hearing on this day, upon perusing the grounds of petition, the order of the Lower Court and the material papers in the petition and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.R.Rajamohan, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.S.Ramasamy, Advocate for the Respondent and this Court, while disposing Civil Revision Petition, doth order and decree as follows: (i)that the order and decreetal order of the Subordinate Judge, Virudhunagar dated 27.01.2017 made in I.A.No.56 of 2016 in HMOP NO. 7 of 2016 be and hereby is quashed, insofar as the interim maintenance to the petitioner is concerned;

(ii)that the Respondent herein/petitioner be and hereby is directed to pay a sum of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand Only) per month towards interim maintenance to the petitioner from the date of filing of the petition in I.A.No.56 of 2016 till the disposal of HMOP No. 7 of 2016:

(iii)that the order of the Court below be and hereby insofar as the interim maintenance of Rs.5,000/-(Rupees Five Thousand Only)per month awarded to the minor daughter and litigation expenses are concerned, and;
