: Respondents PRAYER : Criminal Original Petition has been filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C, to direct the first respondent to withdraw the case in Crime No.62 of 2018 on the file of the 4th respondent and entrust the same to the second respondent for complete the investigation and file charge sheet.

ORDER

The Criminal Original Petition came to be filed seeking direction to the first respondent to withdraw the case in Crime No.62 of 2018 on the file of the fourth respondent and entrust the same to the second respondent and to file charge sheet within time stipulated to be fixed by this Court.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing on 22.11.2021, this Court recorded the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that Mathi had sustained injury, due to self accident and subsequently, succumbed to the injuries on 12.05.2018, and that therefore, final report was filed as charge abated. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

CRL.O.P.(MD).No.6505 of 2019 3.Since there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner, this petition was ordered to be listed under the caption 'for dismissal'. Even today, there is no representation for the petitioner. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as default.
