This petition is filed seeking quashment of Crime No.999 of 2018 pending on the file of the Inspector of Police, Theppakulam, Madurai.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing on 22.11.2021, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor has submitted that most part of the investigation is over. Because of the non co-operation on the side of the defacto complainant, it is kept pending. Subsequently, it has adjourned to inform the Court about the development. 3.Now, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that investigation was completed and final report was filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate-I, Madurai, and the same has been taken cognizance in C.C.No.612 of 2022 and next hearing date was fixed on 18.05.2022.

4.Since final report has been filed before the concerned Court, this petition has become infructuous. The petitioner is at https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Crl.OP(MD).No.6508 of 2019 liberty to work out his remedy through appropriate proceedings, if he is aggrieved by the contents in the final report. 5.With the above liberty, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
