ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent herein to complete the investigation and file final report in accordance with law in Crime No.67 of 2014 on the file of the Inspector of Police, District Crime Branch (ALGSC), Dindigul, Dindigul District.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), on instructions, would submit that the respondent requires three months time to complete the investigation.

4. Recording the submission made, the respondent police is directed to complete the investigation and file final report within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
