ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate Court, Manapparai to consider the petitioner's application for recall the warrant to be filed by him in connection with S.T.C.No.184 of 2018, order dated 24.04.2019 on his file on the same day on merits.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that S.T.C.No.184 of 2018 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Manapparai, has been disposed of by acquitting the accused. Hence, the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous.
