Prayer : Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 528 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, to direct the respondents no.1 and 2 to direct the respondent no.3 for not to harass the petitioner and the petitioner's family members in the name of enquiry within the time stipulated by this Court.

ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the respondent no.3 not to harass the petitioner and the petitioner's family members under the guise of enquiry.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents would submit that no any harassment made by them and the petitioner is running a recreation club, namely, "Supreme Sports and Recreation Club" without any license. Therefore, they called the petitioner to produce the documents in this regard, but immediately, he has filed this petition.

3. Considering the prayer sought for in the petition and the respondents have also denied the alleged harassment and they only called the petitioner for producing documents in respect of conducing the recreation club. Recording the above said submission of the respondents, this criminal original petition is closed.
