Respondents [R-4 is impleaded vide order dated 29.03.2016 in MP(MD) No.1 of 2015] PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st respondent to declare probation of the petitioner and disburse the Annual Increment from the date of regular appointment and salary for the suspension period from 10.03.2008 to 15.03.2008 by considering the petitioner's representation dated 10.12.2014 within the period that may be stipulated by this Court.

ORDER

When the matter has been taken up for hearing, the learned Counsel for the petitioner submitted that the representation with regard to the grant of annual increment has been considered in https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

favour of the petitioner and now, the learned Counsel seeks the period of suspension to be regularised and prayed for necessary orders and the learned Special Government Pleader has also agreed for the same.

2.Under such facts and circumstances of the case, the respondents shall pass appropriate orders, in respect of the suspension period of the petitioner, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 3.This writ petition is disposed of, with the above direction. No costs.
