ORDER

The petitioner has come forward with this application, seeking for a direction to the first respondent to execute the warrant against the second respondent in S.T.C.No.616 of 2014 in accordance with law within a stipulated time.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the first respondent undertakes that the first respondent will execute the warrant issued against the second respondent on or before 08.02.2016.

3.In view of the undertaking given by the Government Advocate (Crl. Side), this Court directs the first respondent police to execute the warrant issued against the second respondent in S.T.C.No.616 of 2014, on or before 08.02.2016. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
