ORDER

This petition is filed to transfer the investigation in Crime No.265/2018 from the file of second respondent to some other agency.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate would submit that the investigation is completed and the complaint is closed as 'mistake of fact. He would further submit that RCS notice is also served upon the petitioner.

3. If the petitioner is aggrieved by the contents of final report, she can work out her remedy before appropriate Court. With the above liberty, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
