ORDER
With the consent of the learned counsel appearing on either side, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal, at the admission stage.
2. I have heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mrs.S.Jeyapriya, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents.
3. The petitioner has made an application for survey to the first respondent on 19.03.2025.
4. The grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner is unable to make an online payment or online application since the petitioner's name is not reflected in the 'A' register. However, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that recognising the service of the petitioner, who retired as Court staff, the Tashildar has already issued an assignment patta in the year 1996 and the petitioner is in enjoyment of the said property assigned to him.

5. In such circumstances, the petitioner has made an application on 19.03.2025 through offline and since there have been no steps taken even thereafter, the present writ petition has been filed. Considering the difficulty expressed by the petitioner, the respondents shall accept the offline application/payment from the petitioner and subject to the verification of the genuineness of the patta issued to the petitioner, survey shall be proceeded with and the application of the petitioner shall be disposed of, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
6. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
