Respondents Prayer: Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, to direct the first respondent to transfer the investigation of the case in Crime No.36 of 2019 pending on the file of the second respondent Police to the third respondent or any other independent agency or officer under the direct supervision of the first respondent and to file the final report in the said case within a reasonable time period fixed by this Court.

ORDER

This petition is filed to transfer the investigation in Crime No.36/2019 from the file of second respondent to some other officer.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate would submit that the investigation is https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Crl.O.P.(MD)No.6572 of 2019 completed and the complaint is closed as 'mistake of fact'. He would further submit that RCS notice is served upon the petitioner and a copy of the RCS notice is also filed before this Court.

3. Since notice is served upon the petitioner, the prayer sought for by the petitioner is infructuous. If the petitioner is aggrieved by the contents of final report, she can work out her remedy before appropriate Court.
