Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Counsel for the respondents placed on record the proceedings, dated 09.06.2026 issued by the second respondent and submitted that the order passed by this Court, which is the subject matter of this contempt petition, has been complied with by the respondents.

2.In the light of the submission made by the learned Counsel for the respondents, nothing survives for further adjudication in this contempt petition. Accordingly, the contempt petition stands closed. Liberty is preserved with the petitioner to challenge the said proceedings in a manner known to law. There shall be no order as to costs.
