The order of suspension, dated 26.10.2013, passed by the respondent, is under challenge in the present writ petition.

It is brought to the notice of this Court by the learned counsel appearing for the respondent that on initiation of departmental disciplinary proceedings, the writ petitioner was placed under suspension and subsequently, a charge memo was issued and on conclusion of the enquiry proceedings, he was dismissed from service on 23.09.2015.
