For non-compliance of the order of this Court, dated 07.07.2021 made in W.P.(MD)No.6488 of 2020, the Contempt Petition is filed.

When the Contempt Petition is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submitted that this Court by its order, dated 07.07.2021 in WP(MD).No.6488 of 2020, issued a direction to the respondents to approve the appointment of the petitioner in 6th respondent school in Writ Petition, if she is otherwise eligible. He further submitted that pursuant to the above said order, the respondent / Department has filed S.L.P.(Civil) Diary Number 1409 of 2022 and the same is pending before the Supreme Court.
