Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. The learned counsel for the 1st respondent submits that though the petitioner has stated in the writ petition that the second appeal has been filed on 07.12.2021 and support of the said filing of second appeal, acknowledgement card is also produced in the typedset of papers, on diligent search conducted by the 1st respondent, 1st respondent was unable to trace any pending second appeal said to have been preferred by the petitioner.

3. In view of the above, this writ petition is disposed of directing the petitioner to give a fresh copy of the said second appeal, dated 07.12.2021 to the 1st respondent within a period of two (2) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. On receipt of the second appeal papers, the 1st respondent shall pass final orders on the second appeal within a period of four (4) weeks thereafter.
