25 of 2014 on the file of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Karur and to pass such further or other orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the Circumstances of the case and thus render justice. ORDER:- This Criminal Original Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the earlier order dated of this court 30/09/2021 and the requisition letter submitted by the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Karur, in D.NO.

This petition has been listed today under the caption 'for extension of time' to dispose of the case in M.C.No.25 of 2014.

2. This Court has already allowed the Criminal Original Petition, by the order, dated 30.09.2021 and directed the Court below to dispose of the case in M.C.No.25 of 2014, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. Now, the Court below requests further time of two months to complete the trial of the said case.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the letter dated 24.01.2022, this Court is inclined to grant further time and accordingly, two months time is granted from the date of receipt of a copy of this order for disposing the case in M.C.No.25 of 2014 and it is made clear that no further time will be granted by this Court, since the matter is of the year 2014.
