ORDER

The petitioner, aggrieved by the inclusion of the name of the fifth respondent in the patta, has made an application to the second respondent on 26.12.2024 since the matter pertains to UDR correction.

2. The grievance of the petitioner is that the said application is pending from December, 2024 without any progress, the petitioner is constrained to file the present writ petition.

3. I have heard Mr.S.Sivakumar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.B.Saravanan, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to4.

Considering the limited scope of the prayer sought for, the writ petition is disposed of directing the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 26.12.2024, on merits and in accordance with law, after giving an opportunity to the petitioner as well as the fifth respondent and pass final orders, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
