2. When the matter was taken up for hearing on 23.11.2021, there was no representation for the petitioner and hence, the matter was ordered to be posted under the caption 'for dismissal'. Even today (13.12.2021), there is no representation for the petitioner. Hence, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed for default. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
