Respondents This Writ Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to measure the petitioner properties comprised in R.S.No.58/3D Samanaththam Village, Madurai South Taluk, Madurai District, admeasuring to an extent of 5.85 cents and 58/8B, Samanaththam Village, Madurai South Taluk, Madurai District, admeasuring to an extent of 3 1⁄2 cents and fix the boundaries thereon. ORDER

The petitioner has come forward with this Writ Petition to measure the lands possessed by her.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that though the petitioner submitted a representation on 25.10.2014 for measuring the lands in question and necessary charges were also paid on https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

08.09.2014, the same was refused by the respondents stating that already the lands were measured in the year 1992 relating to a suit in O.S.No.30 of 1992 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Madurai.

3. The learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents, on instruction, would submit that, necessary documents may be directed to be produced by the petitioner for passing orders.

4. Since the petitioner himself averred in his affidavit that there is a suit relating to the property in question, the petitioner is directed to produce all the relevant documents before the respondents for consideration of her representation. As soon as the petitioner submits the relevant documents, without going into the merits of the claim made by the petitioner in this Writ Petition, the third respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 25.10.2014, on merits and in accordance with law, after giving notice to the interested parties, if any, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.

Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
