Respondents Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the Respondents 1 to 3 to forbear the respondents 4 to 6 from laying pathway in the burial ground situating at survey No.179/1 in Guruvarpatti village, Vilathikulam Taluk, Tuticorin District and consequently to take appropriate action against the respondents 4 to 6 for ensuring the public order in the petitioners village based on the petitioners representations dated 13.07.2015 and 13.09.2015.

ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by R.SUDHAKAR,J.) The petitioner has come forward with this writ petition, seeking for a direction to the respondents 1 to 3 to forbear the respondents 4 to 6 from laying pathway in the burial ground situate at survey No.179/1 in Guruvarpatti village, Vilathikulam Taluk, Tuticorin District and to take appropriate action against them for ensuring public order in the petitioner's village based on the petitioner's representations dated 13.07.2015 and 13.09.2015. 2.Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that it would suffice if the representation of the petitioner, dated 13.09.2015, is directed to be disposed of by the first respondent within a stipulated time.

3.In view of the limited prayer sought for in the writ petition, the first respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 13.09.2015 and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
