The petitioner seeks for quash of the FIR in Crime No.190 of 2023 on the file of the 1st respondent.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), on instructions, would submit that the investigation has been completed and the charge sheet has also been filed in C.C.No.300 of 2024 before the Judicial Magistrate Court No.I, Kuzhithurai. Hence, nothing survives for further adjudication.
