O R D E R

When the matter came up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the order passed by this Court in Crl.M.P.(MD)No. 18566 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.12934 of 2025 dated 15.12.2025, has already been complied with by the respondent.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that, even though the order passed by this Court has been complied with by filing an FIR and arresting the accused, further proceedings have not been conducted and the charge sheet has not been filed.

3. The respondent is directed to complete the proceedings as per law. In case no further proceedings are conducted by the respondent, the petitioner is at liberty to re-open the contempt petition. Accordingly, this Contempt Petition is closed.
