PRAYER: Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of Constitution of India, to direct the learned Sub Judge, Tuticorin to expeditiously hear the execution application in E.A.No.27 of 2018 in E.P.No.38 of 2014 in O.S.No. 343 of 2011 on the file of the Sub Court, Tuticorin and allow this Civil Revision Petition.

ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the learned Sub Judge, Tuticorin to expeditiously hear the execution application in E.A.No.27 of 2018 in E.P.No.38 of 2014 in O.S.No.343 of 2011 on the file of the Sub Court, Tuticorin.

2. The petitioner herein filed an execution application in E.A.No.27 of 2018 in E.P.No.38 of 2014 in O.S.No.343 of 2011 on the file of the Sub Court, 1/4

Tuticorin. However, the same has not been disposed of till date. Hence, the petitioner has filed this present Civil Revision Petition.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that this Court may issue a direction to the trial Court to expeditiously hear the execution application in E.A.No.27 of 2018 in E.P.No.38 of 2014 in O.S.No. 343 of 2011 on the file of the Sub Curt, Tuticorin.

4. In such view of the matter, this Court is of the considered opinion that without going into the merits of the case, it would be suffice to issue a direction to the learned Sub Judge, Tuticorin, to conclude the proceedings in E.A.No.27 of 2018 in E.P.No.38 of 2014 in O.S.No.343 of 2011 within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if the application has not already been disposed of.
