When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners have complied with the direction of this Court, dated 07.08.2023 and filed a memo of compliance on 31.08.2023.
2.Registry has noted that since the said memo was not traceable, they made an endorsement that the same was received in USR.No.29994 of 2023 on 31.08.2023.
3. Compliance is recorded and the delay is condoned. Registry is directed to number the second appeal, if it is otherwise in order and list the same in the regular course.
