PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying to direct the second respondent to register the case on the basis of the petitioner's complaint dated 13.05.2018, and proceed with the same as per law within the time frame fixed by this Court. ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, seeking a direction to the second respondent to register the case on the basis of the petitioner's complaint dated 13.05.2018, and proceed with the same as per law within the time frame fixed by this Court. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents would submit that the petitioner's complaint dated 13.05.2018 has not been received by the respondent police and subsequent complaint sent through RPAD was also not received so far. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner will make a copy of the said complaint to the respondent police in-person.

4.In the light of the above submissions made by both the parties, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. However, it is open to the petitioner to make a copy of the said complaint to the respondent police.
