Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first and second respondents to dispose the appeal dated 28.12.2020 pending before the first respondent to cancel the fraudulent patta and issue patta in petitioner name, the property is situated in Old Natham Survey No.154/A1 is changed Survey Nos.1064/10, 1064/11, 1064/12, 1064/13 and 1064/15 at L.N.S. Village, Karur Taluk, Karur District.

ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed for a Mandamus seeking for a limited relief. The petitioner seeks for early disposal of his statutory appeal dated 28.12.2020 which is pending on the file of the first respondent.
2. The petitioner has filed the statutory appeal seeking for cancellation of a patta for the property in Old Natham Survey No.154/A1, changed as Survey Nos.1064/10, 1064/11, 1064/12, 1064/13 and 1064/15 at L.N.S. 3. No prejudice would be caused to any other parties, if the direction sought for in this Writ Petition is granted by this Court.
4. For the foregoing reasons, this Court directs the first respondent to pass final orders on the petitioner's statutory appeal dated 28.12.2020 seeking for cancellation of patta for the property being Old Natham Survey No.154/A1, changed as Survey Nos.1064/10, 1064/11, 1064/12, 1064/13 and 1064/15 at L.N.S. Village, Karur Taluk, Karur District within a period of three (3) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order after affording a fair hearing to the petitioner and other necessary parties, whom the first respondent deems fit to enquire, which includes the third and fourth respondents.
5. With the aforesaid direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
