ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for a direction to the first respondent to instruct the second respondent to register a case against Pushparani for her land grabbing to the petitioner's land, based on the petitioner's complaint dated 08.02.2016.

2. When the case was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the complaint dated 08.02.2016 has been sent by the petitioner to the respondent police through post and the respondent police requires certain materials for further enquiry.

3. Under such circumstances, the petitioner is directed to go in person before the respondent police and lodge a fresh

complaint containing the same contents as found in the complaint, dated 08.02.2016 and on receipt of such complaint, the respondent police is directed to enquire into the same and take action in accordance with law, if it discloses the commission of cognizable offence or drop action otherwise.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
