This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the third respondent to complete the investigation and file a final report before the Judicial Magistrate, Boodhapandi, Kanyakumari District.

2. Mr.K.Suyambulinga Bharathi, learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), appearing for the respondents, on instructions, would submit that after completing investigation in Crime No.51 of 2019, a final report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Boodhapandi, Kanyakumari District on 02.07.2019 but the same is pending.

3.Considering the fact that a final report has already been filed, nothing survives for further adjudication. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
