CRIME NO.110/2022. ... RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioners in Crl.OP(MD) No.5478/2022 dated 24.03.2022.

Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.POORNACHANDRAN.S., Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.R.SIVAKUMAR, Government Advocate (Criminal Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed against the petitioners in Crl.O.P(MD)No.5478/2022, dated 24.03.2022.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners are complying with the condition regularly.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent Police would submit that the petitioners are complying with the condition regularly. He would further submit that since the investigation is pending, the conditions may be modified.

4. Considering the above, the petitioners are directed to appear before the respondent police weekly twice i.e., on every Monday and Friday at 10.30 am., until further orders. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
