This petition has been filed for a direction to the the first respondent herein to transfer the investigation of the case in Crime No.297 of 2015 from the file of the second respondent to any other competent agency for further investigation.
2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents.
3. When the case was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the investigation in Crime No.297 of 2015 has been closed as undetected and report has been filed before the Judicial Magistrate, NO.II, Dindigul.
